Payment Policy:  A 50% deposit is required upon booking.  Remaining balance is due in full prior to delivery of any product.  A valid credit card number is also required to book. We charge for all time out not time used including weekends and holidays. Tent deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any order must be received 30 days prior to original date of set up, any orders cancelled after that date are subject to the deposit being kept. Tent deposits are non-refundable.

Security Deposit:  Credit card number and signature of card holder is required for loss or damage of equipment if any may occur. Deposit will be refunded in full with the exception of a $35.00 administration fee provided we have received cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the installation or pick-up date, excluding tents.. A 50% charge applies with less than 2 weeks notice of the installation or pick-up date. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.

10% Discount:  10% Discount only applies to items booked a minimum of 30 days prior to delivery or set up date as well as full payment at time of booking. The discount does not apply to tents, delivery charges, subrental items or propane.

Delivery and Pick Up Policy:  Delivery and pick up charges are $ 35.00 each way with in the city of Calgary.  Delivery and pick up in the down town core is $45.00 each way. This charge does not apply to orders with frame and pole tents within the Calgary city limits unless the site is not accessible by truck and additional charge may apply.  Delivery and pick up is based on a ground level drop only to the point of entry, we cannot make deliveries into homes, front door drop off only.  Additional charges may apply for stairs and elevators in buildings.  Additional charges may apply to out of town and after hours deliveries.

Permits and Locates:  The lessee is responsible for any and all permits.  For tent rentals that are staked a locate is required.  This is a free service 1-800-242-3447 www.alberta1call.com and locate arrangements must be made a week in advance of the event.
